Keto Pumpkin Soup Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ C Chicken Broth
  • 1 C Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 tbsp  Now Keto MCT Oil Powdered Unflavored or Butter or MCT Oil
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Coriander
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2/3 c Heavy Cream
  • 2 Bacon Slices
  • Leftover Bacon Grease

Instructions

  1. Brown butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add onion powder, garlic, cinnamon, coriander and nutmeg. Cook 1 minute.
  3. Stir in chicken broth and pumpkin. Bring to a boil, turn down heat to low and  simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in bacon grease and cream.
  5. Once soup is done crumble bacon over top and sprinkle with nutmeg.
