Keto Waffles Recipe 


Serves: 4 

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes 

Cooking time: 5 minutes 

 

Ingredients:

3 eggs, whole 

3 ounces cream cheese 

1 jalapeno, seeded and minced(optional for a nice spice kick)

1 pinch ground cumin  

1 ounce grated cheddar cheese 

2 tablespoons coconut flour 

1 teaspoon baking powder 

Salt and ground black pepper to taste 

 

Directions: 

  • Take a blender or food processor, remove the top lid and one by one add the eggs, cream cheese, coconut flour, baking powder, and cumin. 
  • Place the lid back and blend to make a smooth mixture.
  • Add the cheddar cheese and jalapeno; blend again until it gets mixed well. 
  • Hear your waffle iron; add the prepared batter in it (add in batches). 
  • Cover and allow the waffles to get ready in 5-6 minutes. 
  • Serve warm with keto coffee or smoothie.
