Ingredients:
6 bacon slices, cooked and chopped 
1 cup spinach, shredded or chopped  
10 large eggs, beaten 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
1 cup mushrooms of your choice, sliced 
½ cup crumbled goat cheese 
Salt and ground black pepper to taste  
 
Directions: 
- Preheat an oven to 350⁰F-175⁰C.
- Take a skillet or saucepan of medium size; add the oil and heat it over medium-high stove flame.
- Add the mushrooms; cook until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes. 
- Add the spinach and bacon; cook while stirring until the spinach wilts for 1 minute. 
- Add the eggs; cook while stirring for 3-4 minutes. 
- Add the cheese on top; season with black pepper and salt to taste. 
- Place the pan in the oven; bake until gets lightly browned for 15 minutes.
- Take out; slice into 6 wedges and serve the frittata warm.
