Keto Avocado Egg Breakfast Recipe

Serves: 2 

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes 

Cooking time: 5 minutes 

 

Ingredients:

½ avocado, pitted and sliced  

2 tablespoon olive oil  

4 large beaten eggs   

½ cup walnuts, chopped or sliced  

½ teaspoon chopped cilantro (optional)  

Salt and ground black pepper to taste 

 

Directions: 

  • Take a skillet or saucepan of medium size; add the oil and heat it over medium-high stove flame. 
  • Add the eggs and cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Add the avocado, walnuts, and cilantro on top.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the breakfast warm.
