Prep Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 scoop NowKeto Keto+BALANCE Dutch Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  1. Heat cream on low but don't let it boil.
  2. Simmer cream and add chocolate chips and butter. Mix until melted.
  3. Turn off heat and add honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Let mixture cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Scoop batter and roll into round balls. Place truffles on wax paper. Let truffles cool an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Roll truffles in dutch cocoa powder. 
  7. Refrigerate truffles until ready to serve.
