Heavy Cream vs Whipping Cream
What’s the difference between heavy cream and whipping cream? Not much. Heavy cream is 36% fat while whipping cream only contains 30% fat. When given a choice, go for real heavy cream it's a better option for keto.

Ingredients
1large onion, diced
1lbsausage
4 slicesbacon, diced
Leftover bacon grease
4cupsdiced potatoes
3clovesgarlic
4cups chicken broth
1cupheavy cream
2cupskale
Instructions
Fry bacon over medium heat. Keep leftover grease.
Cook sausage until no pink remains. Add onions and garlic to sausage. Sauté and set aside.
In a large pot add bacon bits, grease, sausage, potatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until potatoes are softened.
Stir in Kale.
Stir in heavy cream 5 minutes before ready to serve.
