Keto Recovery Shake & Ice Cream Recipes

Everyone loves a great bowl of ice cream but have you ever had one specifically for the keto diet that tasted this good? Try out these awesome NowKeto recipes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds and put your NowKeto products to the test!


NowKeto Strawberry  Recovery Shake

10g of NowKeto KetoMCT Oil Powder
1 tablespoon of Dr. Bronner's Coconut Oil⠀⠀⠀⠀

2 tablespoons of Thrive Market organic almond butter
6 ounces of Milkadamia unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk⠀⠀

4 ounces of Pacific unsweetened hemp milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
10g of NowKeto KetoCOLLAGEN, strawberry cream ⠀

One serving.


Blend together all of the following ingredients in a high-powered blender to create a well-mixed and frothy recovery drink. Optional: add ice to create a milk shake-like drink. Serve immediately.

20g of NowKeto KetoCOLLAGEN, strawberry cream

2 cans of Thrive Market organic coconut cream

¼ cup of Nativas Organics cacao powder

3 egg yolks, Vital Farms pastured raised


Add coconut cream, cacao powder, and Now Keto collagen powder to a small pot. Under low heat, bring mixture to a soft simmer. Once mixture is fully mixed and powders dissolved, turn heat off and let cool.

Meanwhile, add egg yolks to a stand mixer and beat on high for 20-30 seconds until pale and fluffy. With the mixer still on high, begin to slowly drizzle, 1/4 cup at a time, the cream mixture into the egg yolks. When completely mixed, let cool 5 minutes.

Pour contents into an ice cream maker and churn until it is soft serve consistency, and then place into a container and freeze until desired consistency. Scoop and serve with your favorite keto-friendly toppings (blackberries, fresh mint, and dark chocolate shavings featured here).
