The keto meal plan allows the dieter to eat an exact amount of 20 to 25 grams of carbohydrates. The starchy vegetables and fruits are restricted from the SKD diet plan. But, to make this diet plan successful or effective, you need to follow the meal plan strictly. Heavy creams, butter, and vegetable oil are used in this diet to lower carbohydrate amount.
