Helpful Advice For Making These Fat Bombs
Make sure to set out the butter and the cream cheese for at least 45 minutes and at room temperature. This will allow them to be super soft before mixing all the ingredients together.
Add cream cheese, butter and coconut into a bowl or blender. For this we used our vitamix which came in super handy.
Wash strawberries and cut them up and add them to the blender. Add all the other remaining ingredients and blend.
After blending add the mix into small silicon molds. We used ones for small muffins. Put the cheesecake collagen fat bombs into the freezer for 1.5 hours or until firm.
-3/4 cup of fresh strawberries
